Bar with 8 barstools inside, table with 4 chairs in side. 4 picnic tables outside. Operator has contacted plan review and septic to get approval process started. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-06-09: Operator stated Septic approval is in progress. Per Robert King Environmental Specialist with Health Department, paperwork in progress waiting on septic pump and tag, Should be compliant in a week. Operator contacted health Inspector asking for an extension prior to call back inspection. **Time Extended** **Corrective Action Taken** - From follow-up inspection 2022-07-14: Operator has been in contact with inspector by phone and email and is requesting an extension. Septic tank has to be replaced. Septic tank crew will begin work on Monday July 18, 2022. After the septic tank is installed and approved paperwork and approval will proceed with certificate of occupancy.
