Observed 1 fly at the desk, adjacent to the prep line. ALSO, 11 flies at the soda machine. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-07-11: No flying insects at the desk. At the wait station, approximately 7 flying insects. A bar mat was covered, trapping multiple flys. This was then submerged in hot water. Only 2 flys were then visible. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2022-07-12: At least 4+ flies clouded up from under the soda machine. A wet dry vac was used to capture stationary and flying insects. 1-2 were visible after that. 60 day callback per L. Sutherland. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2022-09-14: Observed 21 small flies around soda boxes under soda dispenser at end of bar.
