Establishment was informed by inspector that if the plumber turns off the water to make repairs they must close operation during process. They cannot open and operate without water. **Repeat Violation** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2025-07-23: Observed water seeping through floor/Wall tile at mop sink area with standing water on floor through out kitchen. Technician was scheduled to come out yesterday between 1pm and 3 pm. He did not show or repair leak.
