Water on floor of men's restroom. No water is dripping on clean dishes in kitchen at all. Roof is holding rain water operator has stated that the hole that was cut out in the ceiling of the men's restroom was to drain the water from the roof. Water is dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen in front of clean dish shelf in ware washing area. But is not directly getting on clean equipment. Operator has stated that maintenance and ecosure was called immediately when problems was discovered. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2024-05-13: Observed the roof leaking by the mop drain area and water heater by back exit door. No water dripping on food or food equipment or food storage. A mop bucket is catching the dripping of water. Manager called maintenance to see when they will arrive to fix the leak per manager they will be out tomorrow. Ware washing area does not have any water dripping from ceiling.
