The refrigerated prep table next to the soda dispenser is no longer there. There is a prep table instead. Directly across there is another prep table. On the cooks line across from the hoods is a refrigerated prep table. The rice cookers and floor range are switched. There is a prep table and refrigerator across from the rice cooker area . There is a prep table on the cooks line. Behind the sushi bar there is no poke cooler but a small one door refrigerator has been added next to the salamander. There is a two door cooler by the coffee tea area, not protected from customers.
