High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed rear dry/paper products storage with approximately 8 live flying insects landing on cardboard containers and walls; at front cook line by soda syrups 4 live flying insects landing on syrup boxes and walls. Observed 12 live flying insects landing on spits in rear storage area next to mop sink. Operator exterminated 3 flies at syrup boxes and walls. Operator exterminated 3 flies at dry storage area. Operator removed spits and skewers and washed rinsed and sanitized and exterminated 5 live flying insects. **Admin Complaint**

High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed license expired as of 12/01/2022, per operator and documentation, fee was paid as of 12/07/2022. License appears expired in system, advised operator to call Tallahassee Call Center at 850.487.1395. **Warning**

High Priority - Employee drank then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee fill cup at soda fountain and drink then place cup and handle food contact trays and store in alto sham without washing hands.
