No approved sanitizer available for warewashing in kitchen. Employee stated they only wash and rinse dishes and do not sanitize them. Inspector had an emoloyee retrieve a bottle of bleach from the hotel laundry room and educated employees on proper warewashing procedures. Inspector instructed manager to have employees properly sanitize all dishes. **Corrective Action Taken**
