Wagyu beef (89-130F - reheating), manager unaware if this items is fully cooked or raw but visual inspection shows item still pink with blood during prep and storage in walk in cooler. Manager contacted District manager who sent over their procedure for this product and I sent over to Pamela "PJ" Enders Training and Research Consultant at DBPR a¿¿ Hotels and Restaurants who reviewed it and found this to be fully cooked.
