In main kitchen three compartment sink removed in place of a prep sink with table combined. By water heater. By walk in freezer inside kitchen hot holding unit added. Remote storage unit across from catering establishment has a ice machine stored outside of the remote unit with a overhead covering that exposes the ice machine back side the doors are protected The ice machine doors are locked and closed. Inside the remote storage is a reach in cooler with water stored in the cooler. Discussed with operator the garage doors must me shut while operating inside unless receiving a truck. Once leaving main kitchen a ware house storage room with a walk in cooler with three reach in shelfs one with orange juice water and employee personal belongings one with flowers and on with catering order foods packaged and two speed racks with package salads and sandwiches. **Warning** Warehouse area has a ice machine close to exit door. And no hand washing sink in the warehouse room And multiple shelves and cabinets with single service equipment and dry goods stored a woman's bathroom and a storage room for chemicals.in same room a door with a storage room with multiple shelves with single service equipment and containers and dry goods.
