THIS SAME EMPLOYEE WAS ALSO OBSERVED PLATING RAW SUSHI FISH WITH GLOVED HAND, THEN REMOVE COOKED MEAT FROM THE STOVE WITH THE SAME GLOVED HAND, WITHOUT PROPERLY WASHING HANDS BETWEEN RAW AND COOKED PRODUCT.
