OBSERVED RAW WOOD PANEL/BOARD BEHIND COUNTER, IN FRONT OF BUILDING PILLAR/BEAM. INFORMED MANAGER THAT ALL SURFACES MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SEAL SAID AREA. OBSERVED NO SPLASH GUARD ON RIGHT SIDE OF EXPOSED HAND SINK, NEXT TO 3 COMPARTMENT SINK DRAIN BOARD AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE/INSTALL, TO PREVENT POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION OF DRAIN BOARD AREA.
