Inspector notes: FOOD (ICE) NOT PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE. OBSERVED BLACK DISCOLORATION ON THE WATER LINE INSIDE THE TOP OF THE ICE MACHINE AND GREEN, PINK, AND BLACK DISCOLORATIONS ON THE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES OF THE ICE MACHINE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE ANY SOILED WATER HOSES AND REMOVE DISCOLORATIONS FROM THE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES.
