Inspector notes: All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Observed slight lime build up on interior of ice machine and dust build up/food build up on cookline ventilation hood and filters. Must clean and maintain all unclean equipment.
