MUST TURN OFF MACHINE, REMOVE ICE AND HAVE INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE CLEANED AND SANITIZED. MANAGER CLEANED AND SANITIZED THE ICE MACHINE DURING THE INSPECTION. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
