ICE IS BEEN USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. MUST TURN OFF ICE MACHINE REMOVE ICE AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACE OF ICE MACHINE. SERIOUS CITATION 7-38-005(A). ICE MACHINE WAS CLEANED AND SANITIZED DURING INSPECTION.
