Informed manager that all items stored for more than 12 hours must have dates and labels. Instructed manager to provide dates and labels. Maintained at all times.

Observed broken door gaskets on two-door true reach-in cooler in kitchen prep area across from expose hand sink. Instructed manager to remove and replace. Maintained at all times.
