OBSERVED CONSTRUCTION AND REMODELING NEXT DOOR TO THE KITCHEN AREA WITHOUT A SUFFICIENT PROTECTIVE BARRIER BETWEEN THE WORK AREA AND THE KITCHEN. THERE WERE OPENINGS IN THE PLASTIC BARRIER THAT WAS SET UP IN THE DOORWAY BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND THE CONSTRUCTION AREA. MANAGEMENT WAS INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL A PLYWOOD DOOR THAT COMPLETELY COVERS THE DOORWAY AND PROTECTS THE FOOD FROM CONTAMINATION. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.

MANAGEMENT RECOMMENDED TO KEEP DOOR CLOSED TO PREVENT ENTRY OF FLIES. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
