MUST HAVE COLD HOLDING FOODS AT 41.0F OR BELOW. APPROXIMATELY 17LBS AT $110 WORTH OF PRODUCT DISCARDED AT THIS TIME. PRIORITY 7-38-005, CITATION ISSUED
