EMPLOYEE TOOK SOAP OUT OF THE WOMEN'S WASHROOM TO PUT AT THE EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE FOOD PREP AREA WHICH IN TURN RESULTED IN NO SOAP IN THE WOMEN'S WASH ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE SOAP AT ALL EXPOSED HAND SINKS AND WASHBOWLS AT ALL TIMES BUSINESS IS OPEN AND OPERATORING. MANAGER MADE SOAP AVAILABLE AT SAID SINKS DURING INSPECTION.
