Inspector notes: Observed no measuring device for sanitizer solution, at 3 compartment sink, to determine proper concentration. At time of inspection, concentration level was proper. Instructed manager to use measuring device to assist with proper level/concentration of chemical sanitizing solution and to prevent possible contamination. Maintain at all times. Observed rust stains and chipped paint on exterior surface of both wire shelving units underneath 3 compartment sink and next to hand sink. Informed manager that all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Instructed manager to remove rust and chipped paint, reseal surface and or replace.
