Found fresh eggs approximately 1 dozen at 57.0 F, Sliced tomatoes approximately 2lbs at 52.8 F and cucumber sauce approximately 1 pint at 54.1 F. Instructed manger that potenially hazardous foods must maintain 40 F or below, manager discarded and denatured, approximately $20. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A).
