Inspector notes: EMPLOYEE WASHROOM AND HANDWASHING FACILITIES IMPROPERLY MAINTAINED AND NOT SUPPLIED WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS. OBSERVED NO PAPER TOWELS AT THE FRONT AND REAR EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINKS AND IN THE 2ND WASHROOM. NO TOILET PAPER WAS OBSERVED IN THE WASHROOMS. FIRST WASHROOM IS IMPROPERLY MAINTAINED. THERE IS GREASE DRIPPING FROM THE WALLS AND CEILING INTO THE TOILET. THE TOILET SEAT IS NOT PROPERLY FASTENED TO THE TOILET AND THE WALLS AND FLOOR ARE DIRTY. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO SUPPLY SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES AND SUPPLY TOILET PAPER IN ALL WASHROOMS. WASHROOMS MUST BE CLEANED AND MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT.
