Found live small black flies in the following areas: 5 in the women's and 7 in the men's restroom; 5 in customer seating area of bar; and 15 in bar area near sinks and soda guns. Found rat droppings in rear patio dining area in the following locations: 8 on the ground along the flower bed/fence; 60 in corners of rear of patio near grill (and along the alley side of the fence.
