Inspector notes: HANDWASHING FACILITIES NOT ACCESSIBLE AND NOT PROVIDED WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS. OBSERVED THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK IN THE DISHWASHING AREA NOT ACCESSIBLE. OBSERVED PLASTIC CONTAINERS STACKED INSIDE OF THE HANDWASHING SINK AND NO SOAP OR PAPER TOWELS AVAILABLE AT THE SINK. MANAGEMENT REMVOED THE DISHES FROM THE SINK AND SUPPLIED SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS. NO PAPER TOWELS WERE PROVIDED IN THE 1ST FLOOR LADIES' WASHROOM. MANAGEMENT PROVIDED AT MY REQUEST. ALSO, NO SOAP OR PAPER TOWELS WERE OBSERVED AT THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK IN THE BASEMENT FOOD PREP AREA AND UTENSILS AND SCRUB SPONGES WERE STORED INSIDE OF THE SINK. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AND TO MAKE ALL HANDWASHING SINKS ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
