Inspector notes: No chemical sanitizer provide at final rinse for low temp dish machine, 0ppm obtained on Cl test strips, empty sanitizer container hocked to machine, instructed to provide proper sanitizer concentration at final rinse. Priority violation 7-38-025. by the end of inspection manager obtained a sanitizer container.
