OBSERVED A GREASE DISPOSAL UNIT IN REAR OF PREMISES FULL OF TRASH AND OTHER ITEMS. PREVIOUS OWNER OF ESTABLISHMENT HAD A FIRE AND TRASH WAS PLACED IN THIS UNIT. NEW OWNER HAS A NEW UNIT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND HAD BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL IN HAVING OLD UNIT REMOVED. OWNER MADE A CALL AND COMPANY STATED THEY WOULD REMOVE UNIT LATER TODAY. ALSO INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM REAR OF ESTABLISHMENT INSIDE ENCLOSED UNIT. ITEMS INCLUDED A SINK, WOOD PIECES, PAPER, TRASH). INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE TALL WEEDS OUTSIDE OF THE ENCLOSED UNIT AS WELL.
