Inspector notes: NOTED EMPLOYEE WHILE WEARING GLOVES WIPED THIER NOSE WITH GLOVES ON AND CONTINUED TOUCHING THE PLATED FOOD READY FOR SERVING. MOVED FROM THE PREP AREA TO THE DISH WASHING AREA AND BACK TO PREP AREA STILL WITH SAME GLOVES AND DID NOT CHANGE GLOVES OR WASH HANDS.
