DISHWASHING FACILITIES IN POOR REPAIR. FOUND HOT WATER VALVE UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK TURNED OFF PREVENTING THE FLOW OF HOT WATER INTO SINK BASIN. ALSO FOUND THAT ONCE WATER VALVE TURNED BACK ON, THAT HOT WATER RUNS CONTINUOUSLY AND CAN NOT BE SHUT OFF BY USING THE FAUCET HANDLE.
