INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR/REPLACE RUSTED SHELF TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE. OBSERVED THE SHELF IN THE REAR PREP AREA NEXT TO THE OVEN TO HAVE A TORN PROTECTICE PLASTIC LAYER ON BOTTOM SHELF. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE SHELF TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE.
