MANAGER CALLED A PLUMBER WHO ARRIVED ONSITE DURING THE INSPECTION TO INSPECT THE HOT WATER HEATER. THE HOT WATER TEMPERATURE IS NOW AT 115F. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
