Inspector notes: Raw chicken sitting on the prep table with a temp of 60. PIC voluntarily discarded. Discussed with staff when food prep is being done to manage time and properly store foods to avoid elevation of temperature. Grilled chicken cooked stored in a black trash bag on the counter at 55-60F. Per Chef O the chicken was just brought to location from other establishment and was going into the refrigerator. Per my discussion with the staff the chicken was placed in the refrigerator and I informed them to discontinue storing cooked chicken at room temperature.
