Inspector notes: Pest Reports 3/27/26 - 2 catches 3/31/26- 2 catches and 4/3/26- no catches. PIC was not able to provide any other recent reports. Please send over report for review. Also the 3 reports that I looked over all have the same structural findings. Please ensure staff is reviewing the pest reports after every pest inspection and addressing the recommendations on the reports to help with the pest activity. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Please provide the most recent pest report and ensure that stagnant water is being moped up and not on the floor over night to prevent rodent activity. The pest report needs to confirm that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed if the report confirms these concerns.

Inspector notes: Observed soiled floors through out the kitchen. Observed soiled floors throughtout the kitchen. The equipment and shelving need to be pulled away from the wall swept/cleaned and sanitized to remove grease build up debris and soil. Photos were taken behind the ice machine and between the soda racks. Observed a lot of water on the floor throughout the kitchen. Observed 2 bay prep sink with water running and splashing all over the floor. Remove stagnant water from the floor and ensure that the floors are dry.

There was no fire noted and staff were in the process of cleaning and sanitizing the cooking line. No food was affected by the suppression system and Cintas had been called and is scheduled to be on site to recharge the system. Establishment is Voluntarily closed until the Ansul System has been recharged alarm system has been reset and approval has been given from the Buildings along with the Health Department.
