Also the hood was just cleaned in Jan 2025 but the hood cleaning company did not punch a hole when it is due to be cleaned again. Please have them come back out and replace the sticker. 1-14-25 PIC will need to call the hood cleaning company and have them come back out with a new sticker with the expired date stamped. Please send me a picture of the new sticker when they come out to avoid me sending this to the BFD.

Inspector notes: When doing the re-inspection found hand sink by the hot line to be blocked with a trash barrel and sanitizer bucket. I understand the location is small but hand sinks need to be accessible at all times and staff needs to wash hand often. Please review. This was corrected at this time.
