Controlling pests (c)
Inspector notes: PIC stated that a mouse came through the front door and the mouse has been captured. Evidence of the capture was observed. PIC put a work order in for the pest company to come out. Please send over a copy of the pest report after the pest inspection. If there is activity/catches on the report we recommend more frequent visits. The pest report needs to be free of activity and catches. PIC did provide the last pest inspection 1/18/26 and it was free and clear of activity and catches. No evidence of droppings today.
