Inspector notes: Sprinkler pipe has let go in kitchen standipe closet. Abco sprinkler & Keys North Atlantic alarm on site at the time of inspection. Business to remain closed until clearance from ISD buiding division per DP & DCJ by phone. Sprinkler water did not make contact with any open foods as this happened in one section of the kitchen near prep tables and clean equipment storage business was not open at the time of the incident. All affected areas have been cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection. Most water has gone down floor drains.
