Inspector notes: Cold cuts and cole slaw in the upper portion of the deli style cooler with elevated temperatures between 55-58F. Discontinue and esnure all TCS ffods are bieng maintained at below 41F. All foods were placed in the unit from the earlier in the day. Foods were removed and placed into a unit that was maintaining a temperature of below 41F. All other foods inside of the unit were at below 41F. The temperature knob may have been possibly bumped causing the change in temperature (as stated by management).
