Inspector notes: - Secure the toliet paper dispenser in the staff bathroom. - Secure means to dry hands in the warewash area - Connect the hand soap dispenser/w soap at the hand wash sink in the bar area - Attach all the hand wash signage in the staff bathrooms and at every hand sink. - Provide irreversible thermometer for the high temp dishmachine or 160 thermal strips. - Repair the electrical box for the new high temp dishmachine. - Post all cerifications on the wall -Provide 25 ft of caution tape for vomit and diarrhea kit. Procedures will be emailed over with this report. Print out the procedures and have them with the vomit kit.
