Inspector notes: Lettuce Red onion Slice tomato spicy mayo stored in sandwich open display station were found at elevated temperatures of 53F. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. TCS foods must be mainatian at 41F or below at all times. Person In charge was informed to rapidy cool the affected foods and ensure the unit is properly adjusted and monitoring to maintain safe cold holding temperatures. he added ice underneath the lettuce red onion and other items.
