These hamhocks are commercially prepared and packed when delivered to the store - there was some small signs of mold beginning to form on two of the many packages of hocks - Meat manager was there during inspection and removed them from the retail case - ensure to visibly inspect all packaged meats on a daily basis to ensure quality and intergrity of all foods being sold in the meat cases
