Inspector notes: Observed dumped ice in a hand washing sink; staff indicated they had dumped the ice in the sink; the Health Inspector instructed the staff to clean and sanitize the hand sink and to use the three compartment sink's middle sink in the future. Hand sinks must be used only for hand washing and nothing else.

Inspector notes: Next to the espresso machine non-dairy milks left outside of refrigeration at 55F and 60F had been taken out of active refrigeration since at or around 11:30am. The person in charge moved the non-dairy milks into active refrigeration. TCS foods must be kept at 41F or below.
