How product will be handled by staff? Is is use at table side? What precautions will be in place for both the customer and staff. *** Not approve for use until plan is submitted review and assessment by the Health Division and on site by ISD Inspector. Upon re-inspection BFD Captain Hardiman was on site and provided BFD approval for Dippin dots ice cream only ISD Health is requesting the SOP's(standard operating procedures) & all necessary recipes be forwarded to the Health department for review.
