Inspector notes: Two open door self service floor mounted beverage coolers against the side wall are not operating properly - equipment is not maintaining a proper cold holding temperature of 41F and / or below - I spoke with the PIC during time of inspection and he stated that he has a work order in with one of his vendors - he is in the process of repacing the two compromised coolers with brand new units sometime in the next few weeks - only shelf stable products are currently being sold from both units at this time.
