Inspector notes: Observed droppings behind the kitchen equipment. PIC was able to provide Dec and Nov pest reports. PIC called the GM and he was able to send over 2 pest reports. All of the reports state that the wire mesh needed to be repaired catches and live activity on the reports that were located onsite. GM stated that they have the exterminator coming in once a week. Please provide more frequent extermination visits (once a week three times a week or daily) until the situation is under control (the report must show no activity/no catches/no structural voids or sanitation issues). If you have a false ceiling please make sure that the licensed exterminator has inspected and noted the ceiling in the report.

Repair Observed missing ceiling tile in the small room to the right of the front doors. Replace ceiling tile. Observed 2 Large Vents at the bottom of the stairs the wire mesh needs to be replaced and sealed properly to ensure no pest can get through. Observed the rubber baseboard under the shelving in the basement needs to be replaced and repaired.
