Controlling pests (pf)
Inspector notes: Observed excessive numbers of large dark rodent droppings in the basement: in the nook directly at the bottom left of the stairs inside the drop ceiling and behind tables in storage as well as inside the closet of the mop closet. The provided pest control report from 12-20-2025 did not indicate any pest activity in the store but notes there are several structural repairs that should be completed to prevent pest entry. On 1-22-2026 the Health Inspector observed evidence of pest activity in the basement. Clean and sanitize the areas of the droppings and have your pest control operator perform a service before the scheduled reinspection and send the report to damien.yee@boston.gov
