Inspector notes: Throughout the basement behind freezer units and in between storage racks there are areas of excessive small dark rodent droppings; in the storage closet next to the warewashing area there is a glue trap with a deceased mouse. Clean and sanitize all areas in the basement of droppings and check glue traps with more frequency to remove captured pests. Provide pest reports to damien.yee@boston.gov
