Inspector notes: Tested the low temp dishmachine and there was no sanitizer going through the machine. The hoses were secured and I primed the machine. The detergent and sanitizer primed but the Rinse was 109F. Wash was 120F. Please contact ECO Lab to repair the machine to ensure the rinse gets to 120F. Please use 3 bay sink until the machine has been repaired.
