Asked the PIC if they had a basement he stated that they did but the coffin cooler was ontop of the hatch door leading to the basement. At the re inspection I will need access to the basement. All evidence of rodent droppings need to be removed and the floors need to be sanitized and cleaned. Contact a licensed exterminator and provide a detail IPM report.
