Inspector notes: Location has four prep sinks. I did not see an air gap on any of them. Pipes did go into wall on a few. Please provide an air gap on all prep sinks or paperwork from a plumber that they have them. If you need to have them installed plase have the plumber pull a permit. Let us know if this will need more time. Contractor on site. Air breaks will be replaced with air gaps on prep sinks.

Inspector notes: Multiple foods on front counter steam table between 117F to 124F. Steam table was not up on high. PIC removed all out of temperature foods and reheated them to 165F. Steam table will need to be put on so hot when foods come out.

In kitchen found a bos of broccoli and some caulifloweron the floor under a broom leaning against the wall with a pile of debris on the floor next to it. PIC will need to remove from the floor and wash.
