Inspector notes: PIC will need to have pest control come out and do an inspection to address the fruit flies i the basement and some up in kitchen area. Please keep things clean and dry. As discussed maybe store fruits in a covered container. A fan in basement will help them from landing.

Someone was out this morning to look at it and will continue to fix. until that time three bay sink is available and quats is used. 1-10-24 At this time PIC is going to use the three bay sink to wash equipment. PIC will need to provide paper work from repair company on what it will cost to get dishwasher working properly. China cups being used are heavy duty and PIC will need to monitor for chipps.
