Properly clean or repair french drain to eliminate water from entering the storage area No products stored in this area at the time of the inspection 07/01/25 During a smoke test conducted by Boston Water and Sewer at the location smoke was noted coming from 3 locations within the Kiosk where Grasshopper is located. The 3 areas included a large pipe located under the 3 bay sink in the back An open pipe located behind the ice machine and from a drain in the cookline which has a grease trap below. Smoke was observed by both myself and the Enviromental Inspectors that were on site for the smoke test Repairs by a licensed plumber shall be made in these areas. Obtain proper permits for all work and contact Inspectional services for a plumbing inspection to verify work conducted
